Vetting Process
Requirements
Freelancer with Curated need to pass some requirements we have. Our freelancers need to have 5+ years of experience in their field Track record of delivering high-quality projects to clients, worldwide (client testimonials required).
Communication
Communication and professionalism in interactions with clients is top priority, and we hold them to the very highest of standard. English and Spanish business level fluency is required.
Selection
After passing the initial vetting and ID verification, the next step in the vetting process are selection tests The tests are a domain expertise test and an English language test. If the freelancer passes these steps, we tend to welcome them into the community with a quick onboarding call to verify last details and show them how we work.
